Standard Chartered Online Bankin Sucks
My company is using Standard Chartered as their default bank. To me Standard Chartered by it self sucks, BIGTIME. Why? In KL it self, it only have like two branch (Leboh Ampang and TTDi), in Selangor only two, so far that I know and usually go to (Uptown Damansara and Taipan).
It is more harder because they are not in Meps network. So we have to go to their ATM. International Bank MY ASS!!
And some more their online banking sucks even more. For one, the don’t have that much company that we can pay our bill on. Celcom ain’t there. And when you want to change the phone number to get the PAC / TAC number, we have to go to any of the branch, walk in, take a number and wait (for a long time) before one of the teller call your number, fill up a form, and wait for few days. Why? Because they reset your online banking account. How Dumb is that?
